Shiro spent a year inside a different alien prison LOL. Held captive by the Galra, Shiro was made to fight in gladiator-esque matches against fellow inmates, as well as Galra backed beasts who obviously held the home field advantage. He was also experimented on by Druids, hence how he’s ended up with a metal arm on his right. His clarity for remembering these events is touch and go, and he carries quite a bit of PTSD due to it. Also, he has body acceptance issues ( scars, metal arm, hair going white from the exp ).

Nonetheless, Shiro is a soldier and one who is intent on getting back to his reality so he can resume, y’know, saving the universe. Meaning? He isn’t waffling on following through with his sentence sheet. That isn’t to say he’ll be successful, he may have episodic breakdowns depending on the task he’s trying to check off ( thinking, leashes/collars, gags, and shibari might ping his panic, due to him feeling constrained and/or not in control. Also, dogging might have him feeling like he’s performing for a crowd, just like in the arena ).
